About a week and half ago I went out for a run after recovering from hip pain. The pain wasnt constant but felt it when putting weight on it. It felt better so off I trotted. About 20 mins in my hip started hurting again. I was at my furthest point from home so soldered on a finished 5k run. I have been using heat rub etc and trying different stretches. It feels better than it was but still not sure I am ready to run. Been out for a few walks to test the water.
I am desperate to get out and run but how long will this take, my body clearly has diff ideas to me !!
Any advise/tips ?

Sorry about your injury, you will just have to be patient, hopefully it won't be long before you can run again, don't run while it is still sore, if you do it could get worse.
