That’s week 4 completed 🤗

Had a twinge in my left ankle the in my right buttock but apart from that run 3 went ok me thinks! Had a look at week 5 it’s a bit scary especially run 🏃‍♀️ 3 wonder if I need to get some proper running shoes now 🤔 anyway happy Sunday onwards and upwards 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Congratulations on completing week 4 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 5, if you wish to buy a good pair of running shoes go to a specialist sports shop, get a gait analysis and buy the recommended shoes with a good pair of socks to match, good luck for run 3 of week 5, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, you will be a runner, but officially a runner once you have completed run 3 of week 6.
