As you can see my time was really helped by the fact that my route was downhill all the way. 64m descent. I am still very chuffed mind.

Can you say something more about what data you are referring to? I can't read the thing you inserted. When I blow it up it is blurry. Pleased you are pleased, though!

5.02km in 28'07" avg 5'35"/km

Max elevation 74, min 10m

Heart rate max 130bpm, avg 123 although figures may be skewed because watch lost heart beat for about half the run.
