Finally got w9 r3 done! And in the 30 mins ran my furthest - 3.97k, so near and yet so far!

It has taken 12 weeks rather than 9 due to extra rest days and weather but as someone who would rather stick pins in her eyes than even run for a bus, I’m calling this a win 😆😊😊😊

Looking forward to building on this now. Can’t believe I said that ......🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
