Well that’s w6r1 repeated for a 2nd time...

A funny thing happened that really made me smile. I pretty much run the same route each time, I often see the same couple of people walking their dogs and today during my “3 minute brisk walk” a man said “not running today love” I can’t believe he knew me “as a runner” hehe. It really made me proud ,I’m not sure why...

Glad I’m re doing this week, although I managed the run pretty easily, I don’t think I could have done it without the walks.

Well done on your runs, when I have been walking on my running route several people have also said to ne"not running today" I tell them, no, I will be running on Saturday morning, in some ways it's a good idea to keep to the same running route around the time of the day or week, you get to know a few people, not a thing you would get running along a main road with a lot of traffic.
