So it's been a while, recovered from my ankle, started week 2 again then twisted my back funny at work!
Went back out there today to repeat week 2 as last time I went back to week one and I felt the need to do more so I did, felt happy breathing wise, legs hurt obviously as it's been a while but otherwise good, gotta invest in some hi Vis, I'm assuming Amazon prime is best place to start?

I struggled when I originally started c25k... so much so that I stopped, joined a gym.. strengthened my legs, lost some weight and 3 weeks later started the c25k again and found it a lot better... Really important to do the dynamic warm up... it really helps with the achy legs.
Mine don't ache anymore I'm on week 4 now..
As for high vis... I'm guessing amazon will do them xx
