That depends.
How long has it been painful for?
Where is the pain?
When does the pain occur?
How painful is painful? On a score of 1 to 10 where 10 is unimaginable and 1 is not very painful at all.
Hi John. It's usually the next day after a run. Pain is a 3, knee is swollen and doesn't bend easily. I completed Week 3 and it's taken 3 days for my knee pain to go. I can't completely rest it as too much to do around the farm, but having read the above link, sounds like it's normal! Just didn't want to bugger my knees up!
