To the allotment...

...and back. Took me til 13:30 to put my running gear on and jog to the allotment. Did some weeding, played with my friend and her newly adopted child (from a distance) and ran home. Just 3.8km recorded, but it was good to get out there again. My legs can still do it.

I put in raised beds, so one of the paths is wet but the beds are good.

we are in the process of replacing our raised beds. The scaffolding planks have done us well for many years but are rotting now. We have replaced two so far, although we were rained off before we could finish filling the second one. One more to dismantle and replace, but the soil is waterlogged at the moment. Plenty of time yet though.

We are also going to build a new smaller one for salads
