I would like to start doing some virtual Pilates classes to help strengthen my back as I am getting back ache when running.

I'm not expert on Pilates, but lower backache when you run could mean you need to strengthen your glute muscles (bum). I was advised about this by a physio. So bridges and hip exercises, as well as core strengthening exercises will help. I know there are a lot of people on the forum who swear by Pilates too, so I'm sure they'll have lots of info for you. Try ‘Pilates and Yoga with Katja’, available on you tube. I regularly do one of her stretching videos and I really like her style.
