This has been the most difficult thing yet to keep going. Well today I ran for 32 mins. I have decided to do the same for two more runs then run for 34 mins. I feel good!

Well done! It’s the keeping going, trying to get a routine that can be difficult. Following a plan has helped eg Garmin Coach and now I’m on Juju’s Magic one but still struggle with gremlins if I don’t go out first thing. There’s always soooo many other things I feel I should be doing and today’s no exception!!

So I’ll use your post to get me out and running now!

Cheers!! Good Luck with your runs!! 👍🏻🤞🏻🙂🏃🏻‍♀️
