Hi I hope you are well and progressing with your running/exercise goals.
The program does work, I was unfit and overweight prior to starting c25k in April, I graduated in June and this morning completed my 30th consolidation run. I did 6.3km in 31 mins.
My primary goal was to regularly exercise, but I was doubtful I'd achieve that goal, but I believe I have.
Just thought I'd share my experience of c25k with you all, its been highly positive life changer for me.
Keep it at, you can do it ππππ

Thanks Al, stayed off here for a while as wanted to ensure calf injury wasn't going to flare up again as I had a few false dawns. All good now though, I'm sticking to 30mins every other day. Hope you are well. ππππ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
Yes I am keeping well, I am still running, usually twice rather than 3 times a week, my shorter 5K (not) parkrun on a Saturday, sometimes a Friday and a longer run on a Wednesday, the distance varies on how much my legs want to run.
This is a fantastic achievement, so pleased to hear youβre still going strong π Iβve just run 6.1k in 40 minutes which Iβm chuffed about!! I still use week 9 podcast but run in the 5 min warm-ups but do my own before & after, works really well! Keep up the great work π
Hi thank you! 6.1k in 40 mins is amazing, anything past 35 mins and I struggle! I sadly dropped Laura as couldn't get music, route tracker and Laura all at the same time! Keep the good work, you're doing so well ππππββοΈ
