Hard to believe Iโve only got one run left as definitely didnโt think 9 weeks ago I would be here ๐ค. Iโm still very slow but thatโs ok. My aim was to be able to get out three times weekly for 30mins. Just got to master running in the cold and wet now ๐ฌ

That's amazing, we'll done on reaching the final run! You should be so proud of yourself. If you unlock the secret to running in cold mornings, do share hahaha! I know I certainly have to invest in running gloves but it was lovely running on all the sparkling frosty white grass today ๐
Im literally so excited for you! This will be me next week ! If you dont mind me asking how far are you getting ? Im only covering just over 2 miles which I think might be snails pace!!
Honestly it depends on the day - sometimes itโs nearer 2miles x I really wouldnโt worry about the distance as long as you are doing the time x thatโs all we can hope for at the moment ๐
Donโt worry about the distance. Apparently if you run slowly it builds up your strength and stamina. I believe this because I have been deliberately making sure I keep my steps short on my consolidation runs, but my speed seems to be slowly increasing ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐
