.....and I’m there! I’ve graduated! I’ve completed the programme.

Whilst not 5km in 30m (that’s at 37mins at the moment) I have achieved in other ways:

- Ran every single one of the 27 runs.

- Never had to stop on any of them.

- Never skipped a run day.

- Not yet been injured (have tried to look after myself). - Have lost 9lb without even trying too hard

- It has kept me going through a few difficult weeks (my Dad has been diagnosed with Leukemia)

- I’ve inspired friends

- I shall be supporting my wonderful sister -Emma944- on her C25k journey now. She is on Wk3R3. Please say Hi to her.

- I ran 6.2km on Friday

- I can run 5km in 37m

- I had a PB of 7’09km for 1km this morning

- I get up earlier

- My mental health has improved

It just goes to show what you can achieve if you put your mind to it! Above all else, thanks to this wonderfully inspiring, supportive and non-judgemental community.

Well done! So many benefits, so much going on in your life, so running will help you stay strong and resilient! Running is such a simple and pure way of maintaining some kind of equilibrium in this challenging world. Good luck on your consolidation runs!
