Well im back at it after a foot injury,I have just finished week 8 run 3 yesterday did my 5 min warm up walk and then did my 28 mins run and I had finished so I carried on a bit just to see how far I could run.
I did 3.5 miles I am so proud of myself.After I had done my 3.5 miles I walked for 5 mins. Tomorrow I start week 9 run 1 cant believe I have stuck to it I am so proud of myself.I have gone from 18st 9 to 16st 12 so the weight is coming off so thats a good thing.
