Hi Guys - I posted yesterday as i had a terrible w7r3 and was worried about today's run ... well i managed it , a bit slower than usual but it was absolutely chucking it down , i felt much stronger on this run than the last and i'm actually looking forward to the next one . thanks for all your support and i'm so looking forward to getting my Badge

Well done. I’m starting wk 8 tomorrow and always feel I’m never gonna actually finish!!But something keeps me going. Still find it a struggle but looking forward to running with more pace and stamina.

I’ll look out for your graduation 👍

You’ll smash it I’m sure . I always feel like I’m never gonna finish too , but somehow we do , I found week 7 really tough to be honest , so I’m taking 2 days rest in between runs and that helped loads , much stronger this morning .... well done on your progress - it’s a fantastic feeling
