Leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked August C25K graduation home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated.

This ones cooler as I pinched Irish johns idea of getting one with “Sahara death race 2019” on it to fool other people I run deathly marathons haha I

I have not got one but I Googled 'C25K T shirts' and a post came up C25K Graduate T Shirts by "Completerunner"

Mens Range 'completerunner-online.com'.

At that site there is quite a choice.

Few weeks whilst I did the programme lol x cannot wait to get it on my back!
