As already said , if you have successfully completed week 4 then you are physically ready for week 5 the program has made sure of that.
It's now a mental challenge as much as physical .

I have just done Wk5R1 and loved it! Honestly if you have come this far you will be ready
As above, you CAN do it.You will surprise yourself. Slow is the key. It is more 👍👍mental than physical, believe in you!!
Wk5R3 is one of the best feelings ever. 20 minutes non- stop seems nuts if you've never really run before C25K, but the sense of achievement is amazing! If you've followed the plan, you can do it! Good luck and enjoy.
