After a week away during which I couldn't run (the temp was 35C every day I came home yesterday worrying about how I would feel going straight in and do run 3 of week 3. I can say I did it - and it was a grind but I'm really pleased that I managed it. Now onto week 4 - should I be worried?

Only just joined this so sorry if I reply to something I shouldn’t. I have just had a week away and managed to keep with my three planned runs. Seriously doubted myself but smashed each run. How are you doing so far x
