End of week 1 and enjoying c25k already but my legs feel so heavy when I run which slows me down to the extent that I don't really feel that out of breath. Does anyone else feel like this?

Make sure you warmup properly, maybe do some dynamic excercises beforehand, have a little stretch avoid stretching cold muscles too much, and that you are well hydrated.. some good info in the links below...

I would guess hydration.
You should be drinking 2.5 to 3 litres of water per day and it is crucial t good running performance and avoidance of heavy legs.

Hiya, my first few weeks were identical until I increased my water intake & I don’t mean an extra glass or two. One thing I learnt early was hydration which if honest I don’t think I have been for years 😂😂 as alcohol doesn’t count! but increase my water it really took away the very heavy legs. Good luck xx
