haven't posted for a while as it was too hot when i was supposed to do week 9 run 1 so instead i just did a slow 20 mins home from work and then i went out on friday and completed week 9 run 1 while we were away for a short break at the caravan but had no signal to post my run 🤦‍♀️

Aww well done! Hope you had a good break and good luck with R2. You'll smash it!

I did W9 R1 today and was surprised I completed it. I can see the progress but it still feels like hard graft to me. Will be proud to hit the 4k mark by R3. No hope in hell of hitting 5k within 30min but that's my long term goal for some far distant future!
