Hey ... so a combination of birthday celebrations and not feeling too good, have meant my last run was 21 July (2 weeks tomorrow) ... I’m due to do W9 R3 (graduation run!) but think I may be better to repeat W9 R2? Or shall I just go for it as the runs are the same lol 😊🏃‍♀️ any advice appreciated 👍

Up to you of course but as the goal of c25k is to run 30 minutes 3 times a week I didn't count my graduation until I did all 3 wk9 runs in one week. So on that basis you have to do w9r1 🙂🙂 That's just me though!!

They're the same run! See how you go. If you ace it, claim it as your graduation run.

Just go for it. They are no different. Good luck

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
