W9 R1 - only two undergraduate runs left!

It was a good one today - I eased the pace a little to up my enjoyment for this final week.

I’m so glad I did this. When I was starting out, doing a 30 minute run was to far beyond my capability - it felt quite daunting - it still amazes me that I got here.

Well done! You’re getting so close! I tried a bit harder for my Run 2, without pushing too hard! I was rewarded with my farthest run for that week. Then I eased back completely for my graduation run and just enjoyed it.

Yes - thanks Jools - really pleased to be nearly there but wondering how it will be adjusting to going it alone in some respects - although luckily we’re not really alone with this forum and all our alumni still here to keep us on track !

It’s great! I just love the freedom. Planning new routes, new targets. I feel like a real runner! And if course we have the forum.
