Consolidation running - week 1

Having graduated two weeks ago I only managed to get out once last week for various reasons. I was a bit nervous going out without Michael, but it actually wasn't bad. Went out today, plan is to stick with 3 runs a week for 30 minutes for two weeks, and then see if I can increase my pace. I actually enjoy getting out there first thing in the morning! - who would have thunk it?

Awesome 👏🏻 I’m a little bit worried about continuing my journey after this! I have 2 runs left - can’t believe I’m saying this..........I don’t want it to end!!

Great that you're keeping up with the running. I enjoy running first thing as well.

Well done, it's all about making it a habit to get out of the door and go for a run. You can enjoy yourself for a while, just do what you feel, make it shorter or if you feel like it go for a longer run. Just keep on running :)
