Well done! The end is in sight which is actually just the beginning of a wonderful onward journey.

Graduation is in touching distance now!

I enjoyed todays run although it was my first 28mins. I settled into a steady pace and didnt vary much throughout. Ended up covering more distance and kept at my personal best average pace too. Surprised how well it went but should have pushed more in the final 5mins. I thought I'd get a 60sec heads up from Jo but she remained silent so I didn't put on my burst of speed but maybe that was a good thing!

We're getting there! I've managed to go out every other day since I started this program but I have a weeks holiday coming up at the end of this week. Thursday will be my final run for 10 days before I'm back. Can you believe I've debated cancelling just so I can graduate on time! Lol. I guess I could do with abit of a break but hope it doesn't set me back in my runs.
