Saturday had a day at the seaside, managed to last 3 hours on my peg leg, but I think that is the limit on peg leg with knee bent at 90°. Pain on knee brought day to an end, but have to be careful not to damage stump, don’t want to screw up physio and slow down getting prosthetic.
Quite happy that it wasn’t fitness that brought it to an end.
Hour of physio due this Wednesday, want referral to Prosthetist, so fingers crossed that peg leg has got me in shape to go forwards.

I imagine that upper body strength is particularly important so perhaps that's something you can work on in the meantime. It's great to see you doing so well and being prudently active.
Best of luck for tomorrow that the physio goes well and you get your referral to keep moving in the right direction. Congratulations on lasting so long on your day out!
