Completed my third consolidation run this morning after graduating last week, and pushed myself to run the full 5k. Absolutely shattered and gasping for breath at the end and the old feeling of nausea that I used to get in the early weeks, but I did it and felt amazing and just as good as I did when I completed W9 R3. Need to keep myself motivated now. Any advice please on the next steps. Shall I continue to run for 5k or go back to the 30 min runs and try to increase my speed.... I feel that 5k a maximum distance for me and don’t really want to up the distance.
Thank you again to everyone for all the support and advice that has got me to this point xx

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, if you don't want to run further than 5K but want to keep running but get a little faster you could try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, normally I would say after that you can then do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K BUT you feel that 5K is long enough for you, that's OK, have a go at the Stepping stones podcasts. 😊 🏃🏾
For now do what feels good and enjoyable, maybe continue with two 30min runs and one 5k a week🤷♀️
For me consolidation has been about just getting out there on a regular basis. Some slow and steady and others testing your pace perhaps. But most of all do what feels good and enjoy🤩
