W8R3, I’m in Italy and it’s 29 degrees, but I’m going for it. Beautiful straight runs, sun, fresh air. Two bottles of frozen water to keep me hydrated and I’m feeling great.
I would love to track my run properly, but I don’t know how. So when I stop running and before warm down I take a pic of Fitbit. There must be an easier way!
Also, I have no idea how fast I’m going.
Can’t wait for W9 now!

You can download the strava app , it free so even better , it will map and time your run for you ! You will see my steave nap from my post this morning.
And I dont have a Fitbit I use a Garmin, but you might be able to link it to strava 👍
Well done with the run in that heat , I'm impressed 😁👍🏃🏃🏃
I run with a Fitbit and if paired with your phone you can get it to log your run for you. Before I leave I open the Fitbit app on my phone and force a sync, just to make sure the app is connected to my Fitbit. Once I have completed my warm up walk. I then select “run” on my Fitbit and hit start. Once I stop running you just Stop the run (or you can pause if you want and restart). Then when my fit bit syncs to my phone the run will appear as one of your exercise events. When you go into that you will have a map of your run, along with all your stats for the whole run and per km, along with heart rate etc. If you haven’t used your Fitbit like this before you might need to ensure that your Fitbit has permission to use your phones GPS. If you need any advice just ask and I will remember how you set that bit up, as that’s a one off setting somewhere....hope that’s useful...?
