I've just finished week 6 and so will be doing longer runs from now on, for today's run and the last 20 minute run I went down to the beach where its flat to run. I live in North Wales and everything direct from my door has quite steep climbs, I could manage with the segmented runs (see pic) but I don't think I would manage the longer ones, anyone have any suggestions? It's not sustainable for me to go down to the beach every time I want to run. Thanks in advance!

Yes, it does but only for a little while and then it's downhill for quite a long way and I've got to work my way up again
