Not much to write about really!

I ran for the 30 minutes and covered 4.5K - I would’ve gone on to finish 5K but had to run up a massive hill before the end😨🤢 averaged at around 7 minutes per KM so not much improvement since last time🤷🏼‍♀️

I actually tried to run yesterday but got soaked in the rain just 10minutes after I started running! (That’s Wales for you😂) looking forward to the next one!🏃🏼‍♀️
