anyone had a problem with groin strain please and what to do. Just feel it niggly these last two runs ( running 6.18k now) and had to shorten distance this morning and walk a couple if times.

Avoid overstriding, stretch after every run as per the guide to the plan and do strengthening exercises.

If it persists, consult your GP.
