Last night I completed W9R3.... and boy did it feel good.
I did the run slower than usual just to make sure I completed it on a high. I still canβt believe I did it. From not being able to complete W1R1 and suffering a knee injury that put me out for 3 weeks to actually enjoying my little runs.
We should all be proud of ourselves for getting off our backsides and completing the C25K programme πππ
