Don’t have a clue how far I ran or at what pace, but it felt like a good run. A little frustrating that my app stopped working, I know I did at least 3 k, but I think I have easily done 4 if not 4.5. Although I did have to stop and walk through a field of cows, calf’s and a gigantic bull which were all on the footpath (it was a tad scary I’m not going to lie). At least the run felt good, I need to start getting into a better routine though, I’ve only been running a maximum of 2 times a week.

Well done on your run (apart from the cows!🐄😱). It can be hard to find a running routine that suits us but I know I definately run better when I am out there regularly! Good luck!👍🙂
