I might not be the fastest runner - it’ll be C24K for me - but when it comes to having the reddest face after each run, I’m a contender! An hour after I’ve finished snd it’s still going strong!!

Well done! I don’t bother to look in the mirror until at least after my breakfast, but I’m sure my face must be red, too!
