Graduated in sept but due to illness and injury not ran since 😞

Gonna restart from week 1 and see how I get on, that’s the trouble with losing your mojo, finding it really hard to get my mindset sorted!!

Any hints, clues, tips etc?

Sorry to hear that you have been poorly, but good to see your back 💪

I'd probably just start again from Wk 1 and see how you get on. It's important not to get another injury, so remember the mantra... "slow and steady 🐌"... Keep doing that and I'm sure the spark will ignite again and you're mojo will return, and they'll be no stopping you.

I’m no expert but just take it slowly. You’ve done it once so you can do it again. I think when you’ve got out there once you will have got over the biggest hurdle.
