Welcome back Taffinator, not sure how long you were away for or when you graduated, I think I can recall that name earlier in the year. 😊
Well Septembers not that long, you'll breezed through the plan and soon get that running buzz back

I'd probably just start again from Wk 1 and see how you get on. It's important not to get another injury, so remember the mantra... "slow and steady 🐌"... Keep doing that and I'm sure the spark will ignite again and you're mojo will return, and they'll be no stopping you.
I’m no expert but just take it slowly. You’ve done it once so you can do it again. I think when you’ve got out there once you will have got over the biggest hurdle.
Welcome back. Set some goals... book an event run for late spring maybe.
