So disappointed just can’t finish

Can you believe this I should have graduated on Saturday but because of a dodgy tummy I couldn’t complete my Wednesday run, managed to get out on Saturday and complete it although tummy was grumbling. So today I was so excited to do my graduation run my tummy had other ideas had to head home after only 5 minutes, decided I would try again an hour later only managed 12 minutes, before I needed another pit stop. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am, I can almost touch the finish line. I’m not giving up but getting quite frustrated.

Sorry that you could not complete your graduation run, take a extra day off and do it again the next day, hopefully you can complete the whole run without stopping.

You can do it! Maybe do smaller runs whilst you’re waiting for your tummy to get better.

Your graduation run is only postponed. It’s still there, waiting for you to recover. Be kind to yourself! Try again when you’re feeling better.
