I am totally amazed at how good the Couch to 5k is. I just completed W6R3 and would NEVER have believed I could run for 25 mins! I’m just so chuffed with myself.😊

Me too! They were 25 slow ugly minutes, but I am so chuffed. Yay us! I even picked it up a tiny tiny bit in the last minute just because....I actually could! Then Laura made me cry at the end 😂😭😍
