Run club or snail club?

Does anyone use the nike run club app? Is it suitable for snails like me or just 'proper' runners? ta.

I don't use that app but it is for all runners, not just people who have ran sub 25 minute 5K's.

I’ve looked at some of the plans for things like 5K and they take your pace into account with your longest run and your fastest run type of thing, and each run is personalised to you so don’t worry it’s meant for everyone
