Today was slightly more challenging, as I decided to go on a different route again (which yet again I took a photo of, starting to become a routine now!) which meant I wasn’t on the seaside and it was a lot of pavement work, which usually I do about 50-50 of grass and pavement which I definitely felt it a bit more today. My toes felt it at one point which is when I realised I was running incorrectly for a few minutes, so tried to correct that and the problem seemed to go away.
I’m really happy overall though, I’m still enjoying it despite not having the coach, and I may need to find some new songs for my playlist. Difficult near a certain point as my 20 min point today used to be my finish line for my other runs, so that messed me up a bit but continued 😂
Pace was a lot better today and actually felt like a relaxing run! Would definitely like to try doing a longer run Monday and slowing the pace down even more for endurance - does that sound like a good idea to everyone or shall I consolidate at 30 minutes for another week?

I think increasing the distance is a good idea, you could mix things up maybe by going for extra distance on one run and improving 5k time on the next I’m sure one would help the other....that’s what I’m going to do 🤔
I’m currently only reaching 3.45/3.50km depending on pace at the minute, so thought it might make sense to start increasing one of them so the others can increase so I would actually be doing 5K every run in the end, and even my pace might improve (hopefully) 😬😂
