Did W5R3 this morning but had an odd problem with coach Jo.
She gave me the 5 and 10 minute updates but a 15 minute one didn’t come. I thought she was teasing me, like on the earlier runs, and was perhaps going to give me a shout-out at 18 minutes.
Only when my playlist started over again and after a Strava/iWatch check did I realise I’d run almost 25 minutes. Jo had somehow frozen which explained how awful I felt!
Although I did a great distance, I’m actually feeling a bit cheated that Jo wasn’t there when I needed her to pull me up and congratulate me!

Well, well, well, you actually ran run 3 of week 6 today instead of run 3 of week 5, but that wasn't your fault, apps do have a mind of their own, anyway, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 although it was 5 minutes longer, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run with the interval walks and runs after the non stop run you ran today.
