Decided this morning would re-start the program after 2 months away from it. Thought it was going to be hard to get back into the swing of things but found it fine and really enjoyed it. Completed run 1 before 6 in the morning with just me , the birds and a podcast. Now to enjoy the rest of the day. Feeling great! 🏃🏽‍♀️
