Well done kirstie. Now it's up to you where you go from here.

Either working on your times for a quicker 5k or moving towards 10k. I graduated end of May.,and started trying to push myself to improve on timings. I soon realised I stopped enjoying running so tried new tactics of not even looking at times or distance and have now got my run to 8.5 k in one hour... My pace which is enjoyable.

Keep us posted on the direction you take.. Fellow graduate.... 🎉🏃
