After I ran out of steam on W7R2 last Saturday - a week ago! - I’ve just not found the courage/will/motivation to carry on this week. Whether it’s this stifling heat? Concerned I may lose mental willpower/momentum after I’d started so confidently and determined. Very out of character. 🤔 Should I continue to next run or return to week 6 (20 mins?)
Feel I’ve stalled.....
(I’m also back at work doing an average of 14,000 steps per day up and down hills/outdoors. Legs so tired at end of day ....)

Don’t stop now, you’ve come so far! Maybe you need to run before work? I don’t think I’d want to run after 14K steps during the day either! I only manage about 3K which is why I need to run. Keep going! 💪🏼
Don’t be put off by not finishing last week - it was just a blip in this journey. Having said that, I kind of lost motivation in Week 7 too. I think a few people do. Maybe it’s the monotony of the non stop sessions. Have you tried mixing it up by going on different routes? I use Mapometer to plan routes based on distance and flatness! Could you try listening to something different like the radio or a podcast?
I would try for the 25mins again, you’ve done it three times before, I’m sure you can do it again!
You don’t lose any significant fitness in the first couple of weeks so feel free to carry on where you left off if you like. Give it a go, what have you go to lose, you can do this 💪🏻😊
Thank you all, so much. 🙏🏼 This morning I took everything on board....it wasn’t easy at all. But I just finished where I left off last time and completed my 3rd run of week 7, changing my route.
Hey, get out and start week 8, I’ve just got back and it feels good! Only 5 runs to graduation now, think of all the hard work you’ve put in so far 👍🏻👍🏻
