More than two weeks off running you are recommended to go back a few weeks, try running slowly and see how it goes, if OK continue where you left off.

I had just done Week 9 Run 1 when I injured my knee and had nearly 4 weeks out. I went back to Week 6 Run 2 before I did a couple of 25 minute runs then back to where I left off

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.
Thank you. I think I'll try a short block run initially and see how I feel the next day and then I'll probably try week 6 run 2 and see how I get on
