A nice, cool 7am run for my W8R3, and what a great run it was! A nice breeze, a few drops of rain and a really interesting podcast that kept me distracted the whole time.
This run was the first where I didn't start my garmin until after the warm up walk, so I can start to get a better feel for the distance I'm actually running, and I was quite pleased to see a 4.6km. I'm certain that a few weeks of consolidation runs can help me get above that elusive 5k but for now I'm proud to be running for 28mins.
