Longing for a cloudy sky

What on earth has happened to me.? I have made the decision to postpone my run until tomorrow as I am really not good with the heat. However this decision hasn’t come lightly and I have found myself poring over weather apps looking for a chink in the day when the weather might reward me with a brief window of sub tropical temperatures so I can squeeze in my run. It is not to be.

The old me had a relationship with exercise whereby I would spend many hours convincing myself quite enthusiastically of reasons why I shouldn’t partake.

What a turn around! This running malarkey seems to be quite addictive 🤔

Yes it doesn't make sense does it. Was alone in my local park at 4:45am this morning doing W5R2. What's going on lol??😂

You and me both! It's been 32 degrees here today, I've just about managed to walk through woodlands, wouldn't dream of running. I like running in the rain and I'm watching the weather map to see if thunder really means thunder.
