So I’m starting today, but the weather is really hot. Any tips to avoid any complications during the run? I am planning on going at 9pm when the sun is going down and the weather should be a bit more chill. But I’d prefer to run early morning, so any tips would be appreciated.

Drink plenty of water, yes, try and run early in the morning rather than 9pm.i.e.

The temperature at 9pm was still +21C whereas at 7am it's around 14C.

On Thursday and Friday morning even at 7am the temperature in London and the South East isn't to go below 19C, even if you run early drink plenty of water before you run and if possible take a bottle of water with you.

I went today at 9pm and it wasn’t so bad since it was sunset and I didn’t have a hot sun heating on me. But yeah I checked and the forecast for London isn’t below 19c. Summer hehe
