I injured my calf doing run 2 of week 9 2 and a half weeks ago. It’s taken what seems like ages to start feeling better. I’ve invested in a compression sock and have completely rested it since the injury, but today I think it’s really on the mend. My question is, should I restart where I left off? I was so close to finishing, it’s been soooo frustrating! But I think if I leave it too much longer I may never do it, a similar thing happened last year and it’s only the spare time I’ve had being furloughed which motivated me to start running again.
Any advice much appreciated.

Sorry about your calf injury, however, as you have only been off running for just two and a half weeks you could go on a short run and see how it goes, if OK resume where you were at the time of your injury.
