That I have completed C25K!

Never in my life did i think the girl that used to take an hour at school to run the 1500 ! Would be able to 1. Run any distance 2. Run in public and 3. Be seen in public with no make up on

1 disc removal and 1 lower back spine fusion had me a one point in my life in a wheel chair as I couldn’t walk without pain.

Yet here I am thinking positive, loosing weigh, nearly on the wrong side of 40 ! And smashing (and enjoying) running 🏃‍♀️
