Just finished my run and feeling great, if you would have told me 8 weeks ago I would run 28 mins I would have laughed. I nearly stopped so many times though, any tips on getting rid of the niggling voice inside my head?

It's mad isn't it? seems so impossible at the start, yet here you are almost at the full 30 minutes already, graduation within touching distance.
Those gremlins that chatter away are no good to you. I used to imagine them sitting on my shoulder nattering in my ear. With every step they'd have more difficulty hanging on. They always fell off in front of me so they got squished flat by my trainers on the next step. Hah! Showed you! (I'm really quite mild, but they need some serious effort to be despatched). Remember how you felt at the end of your last run... .. Count (backwards in threes from 1000)... Run to the next lamppost... Then the next... Listen to music/audiobooks/podcasts... Change your route...
Remember each run you do prepares you even more for the next. But above all, believe in yourself and in the program. W8r1? You've absolutely got this. Tell those voices to do one! 🤣
