Stick with it

I started C25k about ten weeks ago. I am 64 years old and have never really been a runner. I suffer from exercise induced asthma, which is under control. Just wanted to let everyone know that it takes me a month to do each weekly level of the program, because I need extra recovery time. But I can see and feel that I am getting somewhere, albeit slowly. I will get there eventually, and I am determined to 'enjoy' the journey. Stick with it guys
